Elzina Studios ships worldwide from Australia using tracked international services.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. A dispatch email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are entirely the customer's responsibility. We recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before placing an order. Elzina Studios is not liable for any customs delays, duties, or taxes incurred.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link by email. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. Elzina Studios accepts no responsibility for delays once a parcel has been lodged with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly at elzinastudios@gmail.com so we can assist you.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Elzina Studios is not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Vintage Items - Please Read Carefully
All items sold by Elzina Studios are vintage and pre-loved. As such, they may show signs of age, prior wear, or minor imperfections consistent with their vintage nature. We take great care to document the condition of every item honestly and thoroughly — all known faults, marks, wear, or imperfections are clearly described in the product description and depicted in the product photographs.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read the full product description and reviewed all provided images, and that you accept the item in the condition as described and shown. No refunds or returns will be offered for faults, wear, or imperfections that have been disclosed in the listing.
Authenticity
All items are authenticated by an independent third-party authenticator prior to listing. Authentication certificates or references are noted in the product listing where applicable.
Photography & Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to photograph items accurately and in consistent lighting. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, display settings, and calibration. We do not accept returns on the basis of colour variation between the product images and the item received. If you have questions about the colour or appearance of a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
When Returns Are Accepted
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only considered in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged due to transit (i.e. damage not present at the time of dispatch), or
- An incorrect item was sent
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing elzinastudios@gmail.com.
Returns must be approved before shipping — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, dust bags, or packaging included where applicable. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during transit are not eligible.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Elzina Studios is not liable for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.
